Jennifer Judy Fyffe (aka JJ) has long been an outspoken advocate and teach of group exercise for 25 years. Her focus is primarily spinning and muscle classes. Through the years, she taught Hi/Lo, Kwando, step, Yoga, Bootcamp, MuscleFlex, Urban Rebounding, and hip hop while also being a part of the Bally’s Fitness Team. She is passionate about the benefits of cross training and staying active. It would not be surprising to see her running in a marathon or joining yoga classes to cross train. She currently holds a certification with A.C.E Group Exercise, YogaFit, and Spinning®.
